Excellent care provided by the IBD nurses during each infusion.
All the nurses are very professional and thoroughly go through all the questions re status of current health.
Always have time to answer any questions from patients despite being so busy.

Always greeted warmly, and looked after and monitored extremely well.
I feel able to discuss my condition easily and share any concerns I may have and ask any questions. I never feel rushed and I am always treated respectfully and as an individual, not just a 'patient'.
