Patient transport, as you normally have to wait 3-4 hours before going home after treatment.

The nurses are really lovely and very knowledgeable. They take the time to talk to you.

All very good.
Shame I couldn't get breakfast during the break in my treatment as the canteen stops serving breakfast at 10.30 am.

I didn't have to wait long. I was greeted in a very friendly and helpful manner. My nurse was very informative, understanding, gentle and discreet. I came away with a good feeling of being cared for.

My care has always been exceptional in the IBD day care unit. The staff are fantastic.
I cannot think of how it can be improved.

Staff were sympathetic when the needle wouldn't go in (find a vein) which was nice.
