The good things about my care were, knowledgeable staff (who were friendly and helpful).
Clean, quiet facilities.
Proactive checking of my crohn's symptoms.
What could be improved.
I would like if possible to minimize the duration of my visit (which is routine)
Sometimes there are delays (although generally not long and more occurred today).

As soon as we arrived somebody came out and let us know that we were next, very friendly staff.

Always seen on time.
Very helpful and friendly.
Would prefer morning appointment but only offer afternoons for "top up" patients.

As with every department at St Mark's I have had nothing but excellent care. The staff are always friendly and helpful and caring. I cannot think of anything that needs improving.
Ps just had a thought the parking fees are too high.
