Staff are really friendly and caring. The receptionist Theresa is very active and go out of her way and helping not only the patients but also her colleagues as well. On my 1st day treatment given by staff nurse Juliana is excellent. She informed me every single bit she does made me feel more comfortable. She is very kind. Bit the space is not enough once curtains are on.

Care is excellent but appointments can be easily delayed on occasion. Stagger appointments (no block booking) and more nurses.

The staff is very friendly and tells you what they are doing and apologise for being late when busy.
The transport is very late in going home.

The nurses are kind, personable and efficient and I felt that my care was paramount throughout the treatment.

I was called in on time and was questioned thoroughly about my health before infusion was given. I was treated well and everything was explained to me.
