This is a friendly and personal service. I have received good advice and great care. I have always received great care under St Mark's and Northwick Park Hospital. I cannot think of any way it could be improved!

All the nurses and staff are all friendly and attentive and cannot pin point anything to be improved because I am very happy with the care they are all giving me.

All of the staff, knew there part of the day's medication and loved each other if anyone was temporarily.
absent- so that the treatment time was kept to a minimum.
No other comments.

Excellent consultants - nursing staff in chemo unit and specialist Myeloma nurse Mary - they always give you time, treat as an individual - you never really rushed. Special mention and chemo nurse Connie.
The chemo unit needs more chemo chairs to reduce waiting time and more nurses.
The chemo unit would be better placed near main entrance.

All staff are helpful, kind and getting on with their job, Theresa is always pleasant with a cheerful greeting. We only wish that we didn't have to wait so long to be seen.
