I always find the treatment to be of the highest standard. Nurses and admin staff (during incisions) and doctors (during appointments) are extremely kind, methodical and professional always.
Apart from limitations beyond St. Marks control i.e. caring I have not experience better care.

All staff are: Attentive, approachable, open to questions, always willing to listen, solve any problems, polite. Couldn't ask for anything more, I can't see how this can be improved.

The staff was very courteous and understanding. Efficiency was optimum. We were shown kindness from start to finish. There is no obvious improvement needed at the moment. Keep up good work.
