Treat me with total care and consideration as a "whole person" not just a Nos with symptoms.
Even remembering the more personal details to keep on at ease through your treatment.
Took time to answer questions and concerns and followed up, it did not have the answers.

The visit to the hospital was to receive an infliximab infusion. This was administered prompt with no delay which was appreciated. The staff took time to ascertain my current health and to discuss with me my current concerns. The unit was quiet and not over crowded which made my visit less stressful. It was also very clean. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendly nurse and staff. Very accommodating. Painless experience. Comfortable seating. More time options for picture infusions as I have to travel far to get here.

The nurses in the IBD unit are excellent. They gave professional and friendly care. I'm not sure the care could be improved. I am 100% happy with the care I got from the IBD day unit.
