Always.
Everyone involved in my care performed their duties with extreme professionalism and kindness. I was involved in decisions taken about me and was well supported throughout my stay.
My room, although very comfortable was a little bare. A couple of pictures on the walls would have softened the feeling.
I attended my appointment at St Marks Hospital to see my IBD Nurse Marion O'Connor.
I cannot sing her praises enough whilst being a totally professional I.B.D Nurse she has a wonderful manner, she always makes me feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble with any questions I may have. I am a suffer of Crohn's disease and have been under St Marks for over 30 years. The introduction of the IBD nurse was the best addition to the hospital, they are an excellent port of call to care for you between consultant appointments. When I visit my Marion Tracy or Hannah I feel valued and safe as it can be very lonely having an chronic illness. They always return your call when you leave a message for any reason normally on the same or next day which is invaluable when you are experiencing pain. I cannot praise the IBD nurses enough, and feel it is very important to make my feelings known.
Everything was good, I asked a couple of questions and had them answered. I don't think anything could be improved. Excellent as always.

- Call me on the day to confirm that I am attending. Make my medicine before hand, so I don't have to wait 40 + minutes extra.
