I was well informed and the staff are very friendly.

Needing treatment is beyond my control but I have to pay E4-6 to park my car.

I had an appointment at 11 am on Thursday 8th December 2016 at St Marks hospital, Watford road. I waited nearly two hours to see a consultant. I am not blaming the consultant but the lack of communication from staff members in the outpatients dept. At 12.15 pm I asked how long it would likely be before I was seen. Not one member of staff had the decency to inform the waiting patients that the consultant was running very late. It's just such a lack of communication between staff and patients which I find is unacceptable. I finally saw the consultant at 1.50 pm.
