Very personable and friendly understand the patient and consider their needs, questions and concerns. Very efficient no long waits and delays. Got future appointments with consultant accelerated giving peace of mind, complete care.

Efficiency is excellent. Issues Needing treatment is beyond my control but I have to pay E4-6 to park my car.

No negative comments. Once "in the system" all treatment, consultation and appointments have gone without problem. I have received "great care" throughout.

I had an appointment at 11 am on Thursday 8th December 2016 at St Marks hospital, Watford road. I waited nearly two hours to see a consultant. I am not blaming the consultant but the lack of communication from staff members in the outpatients dept. At 12.15 pm I asked how long it would likely be before I was seen. Not one member of staff had the decency to inform the waiting patients that the consultant was running very late. It's just such a lack of communication between staff and patients which I find is unacceptable. I finally saw the consultant at 1.50 pm.
