Very helpful and friendly staff - willing to talk and explain.
Improvement/suggestion.
Follow up appts have to be booked along time in advance and if a patient cannot make the appt, the clinic is very popularly and alternative dates are different to find.
Could a larger room with more chairs session?
This would increase the number of patients seen at one time and make more appts.

Extremely friendly environment.
Need more nurses and a bigger room to accommodate more patients.

When I came by the hospital all staff were very friendly and when they prepare me for the test.
In the examination room all staff look after me and I ask them to have their name because I was very happy with the respect which I had.
Mrs Karen and Mrs Angelina (endoscopist) Mrs Mayani and Mrs Maria D.
I thank all of them very much for the care and the respect.
In the seated recover area Mrs Charlotte was very friendly and helpful to look after me.
I want to thank her so much.
