All members of staff were very helpful and explained the procedure very well.

Care shown when I left dizzy and had high blood pressure. Looked after me till stable. A number of people being monitored but no area to sit, could be improved for this.

Very friendly staff from reception to nurses to doctor.
Appointment half an hour late but staff very apologetic, I didn't mind.

Staff always remember who I am and made me feel like a person, not a patient which is good and I'm always offered a cup of tea as I have a long way to travel.
The only improvement I can think of today is the wasn't very strong, a bit wishy wishy!

The staff were very friendly. I did have to explain that I had a small bowel and stoma.
