Staff were considerate and and helpful waiting time was one hour and could have been improved (I came 10 minutes early).

My appointment was at 9.45 am today(31/03/2017) but I arrived at the reception counter at 9.50 am.
From 9.50 am onwards every care on me by the staff at various locations were excellent.
