Nursing staff professional, friendly and outstanding at their jobs. My drip in first time even though I'm really difficult. Results communicated to me. A lovely cup of tea was offered.
The WiFi was handy. Thank you.

Clear pre-procedure info via post which all went as explained.
Care in ward excellent, clear explanations again and very friendly and cheerful staff.
Post-procedure also thoughtful.
Cup of tea and biscuits gratefully received.
In info sent prior to procedure would be helpful to know to bring one pound fir locker, I had no change.

Whilst appreciating that unforeseen pressures sometimes arise, the original waiting time in reception of two hours was a little excessive.
