I don't understand why, when all the patients arrived early, for the first session of the day, it took 35 mins before we were sitting in the infusion room. And then, once seated, some of us had to wait even long for the infusion to be mixed.

Comfy seats, friendly staff very accommodating maybe some chairs for visitors but no complaints!
