Called by name and were welcoming from the moment I arrived to the ward. Very caring and knowledgable. Talked me through my blood result and ensured I was ok to start infusion. Treat with care and dignity.

Great personal care.
St Marks day care unit is better than rheumatology - but as it con treat twice as many people it's a minor sacrifice.
