To staff ward and the Admin staff were very professional and polite explained every point of the treatment very well. The staff was very lively and always laughing and putting off the pain of the patients.

I was treated as a person, not a number and all the staff cared for my safety and comfort. It would have been helpful to have been given some idea of how long I would have to wait in the waiting room before being called through to the procedure room.
