I attended for bowel screening in the endoscopy unit The whole process from beginning to end was so well organised The preparation information was fantastic and even a reminder of appointment. Please anyone called for this do not be embarrassed Angeline and the team were so professional and put you at ease remember this test could save a life mabey yours Coffee ☕ and offer of biscuits

I was given excellent treatment and was able to get advice from the doctors and nurses.
They were very helpful.
You standard forms giving advice for Olient and fasting could be improved and tailored to deal with different surgical case.
I had to go through the gastroscopy procedure 3 times to get the pregnant-mainly because the instructions for food intake and fasting.

All the doctors and staff nurses were approachable and professional. They looked after me well.
Except the past nurse Jennifer in the recovery room was bit harsh and uninterested. She literary gave me pain in my injecting needle area where I almost cried in tears. But overall Okey. Also my bed had yellow urine marks :) Many thanks.
