On time, efficient, clean, staff are great.
Only negative is I don't like it when the infusion bag is taken down when there is still a bit left.
Great biscuits today :)
Also the confusion around funding a little frustrating as I have just seen Dr who said funding is fine/approved but nurses have no proof of that.

Friendly and well explained. Nurses were really sympathetic and Belma Motes explained everything and was very professional.
