In the current circumstances everybody is learning a different way of working/ giving- not a thing.

Firstly the kindness and are shown by Sabita pre the procedure then all the staff in pre assessment and especially in recovery. What kindness!! Thank you everyone including during the theatre procedure was kind and helpful and treated me greciously and with dignity.

The main toilet/ shower area could do with a sprucing up- difficult to use the toilet when the floor is wet after a previous person has showered. It nees some modernising and revamp.

Staff were kind, informative, discussed all infomation and result with me.

I think that the endoscopy was very well-handled, it was made to feel as quick and painless as possible. I think that the procedure put in place due to covid were effective.

My only complaint would be the wait time, although I understand there is very little that can be done for this.
