Apart from a { } up in appointment time- It did not bother me because it was not the end of the world!- my experience here has been 100% positive. Every member of staff was courteous friendly and helped me at every turn! wonderful!

Absolutely nothing! The wait I had was a long one but I did not mind at all. It could well have been a misunderstanding on my part.

All members of staff that I had contact with were helpful and patient, very thorough and answered my questions fully.

I sat in the wrong waiting room for 1 hour 20 minutes because the { } on the door said stay in St. Marks waiting area.

St. Mark's is always very welcoming. I always feel listened to and do not mind coming regularly for surveillance.
