Everybody was very kind. Felt very safe in covid 19 situation.
Staff spoke encouragingly during procedure and gave plenty of information.

All the staff were so friendly and reassuring, the cleanliness was very good and the process was done very quickly and smoothly.

I come from 1 hours drive away but the dept rang me to make an earlier appointment as this was possible for them.
Staff were cheerful and optimistic. It was all achieved with the minimum of furs.
