Staff very attentive, /nMinimal waiting around./nConstant helpful communication.
Suggested improvements
I plan to include some live yoghurt in my diet, to replace any 'good' bacteria flushed out by the evacuation of bowel, might this be a helpful suggestion.

Reassurance that everyone knew what they were doing very confident manner by all staff at each stage.
Suggested improvements
There was a lot of paperwork instructions beforehand. So several important things to do - but these use in different letters. Single { } with timeline recharge better. There was one - but this wished a couple of big {not clear}.

very polite and helpful nurses and doctors make me fill comfortable . I was in doubt about this screening but I am glad this has been carried out very nicely I feel at ease now and very relaxed at present thank you all
