The staff in the endoscopy unit carrying out the procedure need a medal and that's not enough. I received such fantastic care from the team Dr. Flora, Dr. Holman, nurse Narelle and Marie - recovery room nurses Nynia and Satiea.
Suggested improvements
The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was the result of my covid 19 test result not reaching there in time which made me wait a lot longer than anticipated. The staff working through this environment are fabulous.
