The staff who looked after were exceptional professionals I was very impressed with your kindness and caring./nThe professor who did the procedure was amazing with thoughtful very gentle and very aware of my needs all staff were very reassuring throughout. I am so proud of them.

No except the waiting room was quite cold and it is very noticeable in the { } gowns you are given to wear otherwise the total experience was relaxed and comforting - the best experience I have had for a while (I am a 40 year under at of the NHS, so I know!)
