For me personally, the friendly manner and clear explanation of the procedure was great. You feel nothing is too much trouble if you need to ask questions, which is always important. The department and I.B.D. nurses are invaluable to us patients, at times, our life line. May I add the admin lady is also always very helpful. Thank you.
