I had an outpatient appointment for a sigmoidoscopy on the 22nd February and the care I receives was exemplary. The staff are very professional and caring. I was treated for the procedure by Dr.Flora and Dr.Richard Holman who were extremely caring ensuring I was comfortable at every stage. The nurses in Room 5 were Narela and Marie who were absolute angels. The recovery nurses were equally brilliant. From the moment I entered the Endoscopy unit every nurse I met were very lovely and made sure that I was comfortable and warm by giving me warm water and blanket as I was cold and they also switched on the radiator for me.
