I had the first appointment of the morning a everything run very smoothly. The staff were very efficient, courteous and professional. One area of improvement would be to have a female toilet on the reception area side because of the medication I had to keep running to the toilet. After I booked in at reception side. The receptionist kindly rang for a nurse to collect me so that I could go to the toilet. Also, it was very cold in the whole unit and the A/C was also on!
