I was informed by letter clearly what to expect times and location in a timely manner. Everyone I met and spoke to were respectful and kind. Maybe to improve. Sitting - in an open waiting room in a gown - feeling a bit exposed was not great but the staff did their best to make me feel comfortable and at ease. A positive experience. Thank you.
