When I received the telephone call, I was treated with nothing but the honest courteous and every aspect of the procedure was explained.
Suggested improvements
The notifications said that I would be telephoned on the 4th of June { }. However, no one rang me the whole of that Friday and I had to ring the department on Monday, 7th of time to ask for a pre-assessment telephone consult!
