The nurses and HCA were very nice and helpful, especially the night shift staff. I was subjected to a racist remark that I was not believed to be British despite having an NHS member and British passport, born and issued here my whole life. This was from the hospital admin team, who came to see me on the ward and asked for proof that I was not from overseas. I found this very rude and disrespectful.
