All the staff were very very reassuring, especially when I felt some natural discomfort - all the staff were brilliant - the professor was an absolute gathered he explained what he was doing and he also reassured me - all in all the procedure was super I was nervous but that subsided virtually immediately I was completely satisfied with the service I received today!!!
