The whole process from start to end was excellent. The Doctors and Nurses were brilliant, very polite and respectful. They explained everything about my procedure in plain English so it was very easy to understand and answered all my questions. They calmed and encouraged me during the procedure. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the Doctors and Nurses. Thank you very much for making my whole experience a pleasant one :). Welldone and keep up the good work. Much appreciated :)
