It is a shame that this Hospital is let down by Staff & Doctors who treat the public walkways designated for walking dogs etc.. near the top car park as their personal Smoking Areas. It is littered not just near the car park entrance into the field but now 'fag end butts' are being inconsiderately dropped in all walkway directions. They end up on the bottom of shoes & dog paws which are then entered into ones house - absolutely disgusting. They should know better. It is not exactly encouraging people to quit when medical personnel are selfishly indulging this unhealthy life shortening disgusting habit!
