I visited with palpitations and chest pain, but sti had to wait two and a half hours to be seen, I know it's a very difficult time, I would not f complained but I recieved this server

Maybe put the patient in order of ergency but I don't know what the others attended for

My visit to A&E could not have been any better from arrival and checking in to the triage nurse and the very excellent Doctor who dealt with me. He was so brilliant at his job and explained everything so well telling me how to use the medication and what to expect. I was feeling very poorly indeed but Scunthorpe A&E sorted me out and is a credit to the NHS.

After speaking with 111, they gave me a specific time to take my daughter up to a and e, we were in and out in about half an hour, not sure if the specific times are due to covid, but they should do this as normal protocol as it seemed to work really well.
