The doctor I saw was brilliant. Reception staff weren’t very attentive with people. The waiting area was completely full. Chairs were not cleaned inbetween new patients arriving, feel this should be a huge priority at the moment in time. Hence why I didn’t feel the area was clean. I was there 3 hours in the waiting area alone and nothing was cleaned.

Waiting time warning. Especially as we have to attend alone. I had my partner waiting for 3 hours for me.

Super efficient but personal welcome. Triage assessment within 35 minutes with personal attention and patience to answer questions. Very professional at all times. A longish wait to see a doctor though my situation was probably less urgent than others.
Doctor’s attention was professional, a tad impersonal but again answered any questions I had.
I clapped the staff asI left

I called my surgery (Riverside in Brigg) but they could not help so I wonder what all their GP s are doing.
