Clean and tidy place. Was given very good care by everyone
I have given my answers as im not happy with the lack of information i was given regarding cortisone injections for carpal tunnal, i came to appointment they told me they giving me them to help, i felt alot of pain when injected into my left hand excruciating pain and the dr didnt stop carried on. Im now a week on have no feeling in my left middle finger down into my palm i have pains worse then before my hand is now useless and with 3 children this is a harder task then before. I have been told by rheumatology to go back to gp to get reffered to orthopaedic to opereate. Feel like theve dont the damage and now somebody else has to fix it.
After 3 hours I left as felt so fatigued (I have chronic fatigue syndrome) and poorly. No pain relief as promised and I have multiple health conditions and needed pain relief as the chairs in Casualty were crippling my back. You need to put higher more padded chairs in for disabled people.
Waiting time short and very attentive staff at all times in the Stroke Clinic where I was received and treated.
My visit went well and quick. All tests were done and the staff from the department were caring, considerate and understanding.
The staff friendly the ones I met. Was there for over 3 hours, in that time, one person was seen by the doctor, I needed to have stitches, but due to the lack of any information on what time this might happen, at 2:30am I had to leave. Very disappointed in the amount of money that has been pumped in SGH to then be in the same position if ridiculous waiting times as before.
The staff were great.
Doctor told me A&E was only for accute cases, my blood pressure at 146 over 133 was bad enough let alone my stomach bloated causing severe pain.
Fed up with doctors miss diagnosing me incorrectly and not taking me seriously.
Fantastic service caring staff
Because the SGH deserve it
