My last experience was very bad and I said I would not come in again, but it was an emergency this time, it has been so different, wards are clean, staff moral is high and the care has been outstanding from the start.
Suggested improvements
I am not sure how the trust could address patients going outside for a cigarette and I understand we make our own choices but it puts us at risk of covid.

Always pleasant and caring staff. Including cleaners and those giving drinks and food.
Suggested improvements
Toilets could have been cleaned more frequently I reported something on the toilet and floor was told it would be cleaned - it was still there 2 hours later! Taps need changing to non-screw types.

Friendly staff along side their professionalism always there to make as cup of tea as pass you pain relief anything too much for them.
Suggested improvements
Elephant feet for the choices Is struggles to get in and out of there because of arthritis and my operation also pressure cushions their chairs are very very uncomfy.

Only thing was paid for TV and movies but only worked on the last day.
