All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and considerate in their duty. Extremely professional, discrete towards patients in their care.
Suggested improvements
I firmly believe that the teams put together to worken ward 28 have been seleced to such a standard that I am of the apinion that they could not have tried any harder to deliver exceptional care and understanding.

We were kept informed of mum's progress and out opinons were listened to.
Suggested improvements
It did seem as if on a daily basis there were conflicting scenarios/prognosis of her ailments as we were seen by different members of staff. It may have been a case of the way mums illness progressed.
