Kind and considerate staff. Prompt with treatment commencement and care during excellent.
Suggested improvements
If move the pin ward permanent, then consideration to improve decor required. Old building and ward noted. Previous unit cleaner, brighter, and more room for staff and service users.

I spent first 213 days not really knowing what was happening. Also as in isolation felt like I had been put in a room and forgotten about.
Suggested improvements
Keep patients more informed of what medications are being given and why.
