There does not seem to be a correct patient/ nurses ratio. The staff work as hard in very difficult circumstances and so deserve more help and praise.

Staff are kind and compassionate, they and patients are let down by facilities -such as staff having it issues not of their making. General cleanliness of toilets and washing facilities.
