I was treated with dignity and respect, what lovely ladies there gave me choices and I was fully aware of any decision. Gave me a voice and I would like to say thank you very much.

Excellent care and attention.
Everything was first class.
I was referred by my GP who I saw at 1.30 pm, I then got a phone call from Donna Corbin who told me to report to A+E and a bed was waiting for me on urology after wanting in A and E for 2 hours I phoned my GP who told me she had spoken to urology and arranged a bed for me. A+E depot told me, that was not possible and I would have to see their doctors first then sent up to ward Dr. Felly took me to a consult room apologies for mix up said no one had informed urology even though I had been up to reception twice even to give them. Donna Corbin and 5 December names and at 11:30 pm still waiting now done a bed which had been lost by the in opt behaviour of staff on reception on A+E ward not my best experience. Especially covid 19 and stuck in a waiting areas full for oven 9 hours and still waiting fro a bed on ward apart from couple of staff =thought the experience was hooorendous.
Each staff member has been considerate, caring, professional and a high level of respect has been shown to each patient.
