The staff who we dealt with were very polite and very apologetic about the delay in being seen.

Suggested improvements
Not enough time allocated for patients, too many booked in which made it all run behind and then extra parking costs. Staff not getting the right amount of time for breaks because of the above. Experience made better by the staff being lovely and polite.
