Nurses and everyone were very good and polite to me./nSue worked day on 9th June was exceptional - so kind to me./nJames worked day 10th June was very organised/polite.

Night shift needed to react to buzzers quicker - one patient in room was waiting an hour to get some medication - not me another patient.
