I arrived in the small hours of the morning after calling 111. I was tree-arged very quickly although the department was busy. i was treated sympathetically from the moment I arrived from the A & E staff to the cubicles. I was then transferred to ward 27 where I was very well looked after by Julie and her team. I was seen by several Doctors/Consultants/ registrars, all were very courteous and listened to my situation. I think that with everything going on with the Pandemic, I was treated with care and dignity. I am in aw at the level of care I received.

Suggested improvements
I can not think of anything at all that could have been done differently. My experience, although I was in a great deal of pain, was one of constant contact with staff and being kept up to date with what was going on all the time.
