I brought my 4yr old child with a cut to his forehead. He was very scared and unsure. We were checked in quickly and then seen by a nurse promptly. The nurse was very kind and took her time with my child. She was completely understanding of his anxiety and of how scared he was. When it came to treating his cut she brought a 2nd nurse in to assist. Again, she was fantastic with my son, letting him watch his favourite cbeebies programme to help relax him and put him at ease. We couldn't have asked for any more.

Suggested improvements
It was fantastic to be able to go into a dedicated children's waiting room with a toilet in there. As unable to have toys in there due to covid, it would be great to either have a TV playing cbeebies, or more wall art to look at on walls etc. This would make the children's waiting room a more friendly space during covid times.
