4 hour wait to correct wrong prescription given on the first visit 3 days previously - told by doctor on the second visit to throw first prescription away it was useless for my condition! Once I saw the doctor on the second visit he was polite, competent and reassuring

Suggested improvements
Being told how long the wait would likely be would have been helpful or even how many were in the queue before me. The person booking people in got the full story about how the injury occurred , you then moved to the second person who asked the same questions again, which I found confusing especially when there is a queue of half a dozen people waiting to be booked in!
