Staff nurse and care assistants were brilliant at their job./nMiscommunication with the doctors not telling in detail about my condition of why am I kept overnight when it was just supposed to be a day clinic.

Better communication by the doctor and patient - so the patient knows what is going on. I felt myself asking all the relevant questions to get my answers - and that was to the nurse because I felt the doctor was too busy.
