Very caring staff.
When contacting staff are very unhelpful and do not resolve enquiries and when waiting for a response it takes far too long to get anything back and matters are not resolved satisfactorily as the best interest of the person is not always considered and changes are not put in place very quickly the only improvement is to remove the service completely. Staff are not trained well enough and their knowledge is outdated.
I was very pleased with the care so far what I have been given.
Living well with dementia group.
I was listening to Sue in reception and thought what a good job she does. So I told her.
When calling for CPN service, it is a complete waste of time. They do not respond to their client's needs immediately. Need to chase it up a lot of time and then mess around with their medications or worse, completely discontinue it. I think CPN service in the community should be discontinued as they only mess things up.
