Susan Roberts and Poppy were brilliant. They treated my mother in law and me with great respect and consideration. They were warm and friendly and explained every stage why they were asking questions. They listened to everything we had to say and told us exactly what was happening and what comes next. It was very refreshing to feel that someone actually listened to me at the same time as being respectful to my mother in law.
