Personally felt that all the doctors were outstanding regarding assurance etc.

Pain relief seemed to be delayed- late, when in pain this seems longer than usual :0- me with my moaning head on.

The service provided was beyond expectation I was not fully aware of the { } of my problem from my surgeon to my care staff I cannot thank you all enough for the 1st class service.: )

Generally excellent care all round apart from insensitive reception staff. What a shame that front facing (reception) staff have let the side down!

Suggested improvements
Main reception staff needs to be aware that many patients travel some distance and need to arrive early to avoid being late. If in isolation they may need the we and fluids./nReception staff should not override, writted they should also consider patient. They should also consider patients with cancer diagnosis may be already stress. need to arrive early to avoid being late./nInstructions given to patient.
